For details of our available session times, see our online booking page here. Slope numbers are strictly limited due to the current public health situation, so please book as early as you can. To ensure you book the right session for you, read about skiing ability levels here. Due to the current public health situation we have implemented a number of additional measures to ensure your visits to the slope are safe and enjoyable. Please read the following carefully before your visit.
- Please bring a face covering with you (this includes children wherever possible). Other than for those who are exempt for medical reasons, we require face coverings to be worn whilst you are indoors in our ski hut for boot fitting. Your face covering must cover both your mouth and nose.
- Please come ready-changed in suitable clothes for skiing as changing facilities are not available at the slope. Please wear long trousers (loose fitting ones are best), long sleeves, socks, and bring a waterproof coat or jacket if rain is forecast.
- You must wear gloves on the slope at all times. If you have your own durable gloves, please bring these with you (they don't have to be ski gloves). We are no longer able to lend out previously worn gloves. If you need to pre-purchase gloves for collection at reception when you arrive at the slope, these are available to buy via our online booking system for just £2.50 per pair. We are not able to accept card payments for gloves at the slope itself.
- Please do not bring other items to the slope with you to the slope. We are not able to safely store items such as rucksacks, handbags and ski boot bags whilst you are skiing.
- If you need to bring food or drink to the slope, please keep this to a minimum and ensure it is in sealed containers. Pre-filled water bottles are encouraged.
- Toilet facilities are available at the slope, but please note these may be closed for periods of cleaning at times during your visit.
- Our kitchen and club room are currently closed.
- Please do not arrive at the club more than 5 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. If you arrive early, please wait in the car park area. You may also be refused entry if you arrive later than your arrival time.
- Please limit the number of spectators you bring with you as we only have limited space to safely accommodate spectators. Spectators - please bring face masks in case you need to enter the ski hut for any reason (for example to accompany someone who requires first aid). Children will be permitted to be accompanied by one responsible adult into the ski hut, for boot fitting purposes.
- Please be aware of your height, weight and shoe size before arriving at the slope.
- Please do not visit the slope if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. As a precaution, we will be undertaking remote temperature checks using infra-red thermometers for all persons entering the ski hut, including spectators. Anyone with a temperature of 37.8 deg C or greater will be asked to leave the premises immediately, along with anyone who has accompanied them.
- We recommend that ski helmets are worn when using the slope, wherever possible. We do not supply or loan ski helmets.
- After the end of your session, we may ask you to leave promptly in order to ensure the safety of arriving skiers.
